CAPTAIN of the Swim Team.

DREAM FORM: Keigo's dream form isn't vastly different from how he looks normally. But, there are a few problems. First, no one will be able to hear his voice except himself; that is, they will see his lips moving, as if he was talking normally, but no sound will be heard by them.

Secondly, a major difference in his actual appearance is that there is a large linked chain that comes out of the very middle of his chest, seemingly leading to something. However, anyone looking at it will just see the links fade off into nothing; the longest that can be seen by anyone else other than Keigo is probably a length of about a foot or two around his feet.

But, to Keigo, this chain is linked to that something, a something that's holding him back. It's linked to his insecurities, his fears, and everything else that he hides from public view. These things are largely superficial, made up of mostly fears about his physical appearance, his status among his friends and peers, and the largest fear of all: being left alone and ignored. This is where the loss of his voice comes in.

Keigo will believe that the only way to be heard again, to be noticed again, is to rip the chain from his chest. Every chance he gets, he will try to free himself of the chain, but with each tug, his chest rips open as well, revealing a hole that the chain was supposedly covering up. The hole represents the void in his heart, left by his family who, while being largely loving and kind, are not as close as Keigo would like. This leaves Keigo at an impasse; does he rid himself of his insecurities and deal with a larger pain or simply trudge forward?
